We don’t often get enough snow to use a
sleigh regularly, but there is still something about them. (Maybe it’s the Currier & Ives romance
thing.) Single seat sleighs seem to be
fairly common, but sleighs like this one don’t come along every day.

This bright colored Trap was real
cute. The rear seat faces either
forwards or backwards and the tailgate doubles as a rear seat footboard. See pictures for a view of the
seat reversed and in the stripped down state.

This hitch wagon was a pile of irons when
it came in and went out with chrome hubs and a 12 foot natural finished oak
box.

This is Evonna Hammons hitch wagon of Triple
“H” Shires just recently finished.
The mirror on the driver’s box is stainless
steel with a picture of their Shire logo etched and painted on it. Evonna and Jerry drive the well known “Hammon
Hitch” from Blackfoot Idaho.

(I’ll keep
picking away at adding these pictures.)
